Authenticuggboots.com uses Australia Post for delivery of all items. The total shipping cost is calculated during checkout, based on the destination and weight of items being shipped.

Delivery rates:

Rates are based on Australia Post prices plus packaging and handling costs. Your total shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process, once you have selected your parcel destination address. The total weight and size of your parcel will determine the final shipping cost of your order. Please note, charges to the exchange of items under certain conditions. AuthenticUggBoots.com reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs associated with such activites. Please view our section on returns and exchanges for more information.

Delivery times:

Australia Post estimates delivery times for the following methods:

• Air Express: 2 - 5 working days

• Air Mail*: 8 - 12 working days

• Domestic**: 2 - 5 working days

*Registered where possible. Some countries (ie. Germany) do not offer insurance. Authenticuggboots.com cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
**Domestic Registered delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Order(s) may be subject to local import duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your country. If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such fees you should contact your local customs or postal authority. Any such fees are solely the responsibility of the parcel recipient and you are responsible for paying these fees.
 

Sizing

It is best to measure your foot to get the best fit for your Ugg Boots.

Your bigger bare foot (usually your right) length measured from heel to top of the big toe.

The best way to measure your foot is to place your bare foot against the wall, use a pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.  

• Our footware runs true to the size, if your bare foot measurements falls between the bare foot length measure on our chart then you can go either way depending on how you like to wear your footware. For example, if your bigger bare foot measures 25cm and you go down half a size to 7-8 it will be very snug at first, the toe will be right at the top but after walking in them for a while they will stretch and will be just right. However if you go with 8-9, they will be just right at first but will become a little loose after a while.
• Please note that the OUTDOOR style (Rubber Sole) is a bit bigger in sizing thus if your foot measures 24.5cm then you should order size 6-7  which is equivalent to size 7-8 in Classic Style (Eva Sole).
• This footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximise the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin.
• Your ugg boots should feel snug at first, the sheepskin will press down moulding to the shape of your foot.
