Under what conditions will the merchant accept a return or exchange?
Please note - All sales are final. We do not accept returns when customers decide for any reason that they no longer want their order, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
If your goods are received damaged or not as ordered* we will provide a refund if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) within 14 days of receipt.
Items that are incorrect size or colour may be exchanged (if not worn) less any freight costs within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. Please ensure returned item(s) is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned items condition and refuse any damaged, worn or washed items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.

When returning goods, please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded and insured delivery, so you have proof of posting. Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your responsibility, including costs of sending exchanged / or refused items back to you.
Where should the customer send/forward the returned item(s)?
You must email info@authenticuggboots.com prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. We will then give you the contact point for the return.
Time limit, if any, to return the item(s)?
Incorrect size, colour or style not ordered must be returned within 14 days for replacement, please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
It is the discretion of Binder Productions Pty Ltd to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 20% re-stocking fee.
Are the delivery charges refundable if I return items?
Shipping and Insurance costs are not refundable. There is also a re-stocking fee for all returns we receive within 60 days from the date your order was made (charged in Australian Dollars), which is a 20% of item(s) original purchase price. Any returns received by us after 60 days from the date your order was made will be refunded with a deduction of the original shipping costs plus a 'late' fee (charged in Australian Dollars), which is a 60% of item(s) original purchase price.
If is our mistake and is not as per your order then we will refund delivery charges.
We will exchange the footwear for incorrect sizing, colour style less any freight costs.
What things must the customer include with the returned item(s)

How much time will it take to process the refund?
As soon as the product is received in Australia your replacement/credit will be sent the next day. Please send a copy of your receipt with your returned item and any relevant information.
How will the customer know whether the refund has been processed?
We will email you immediately the item has been processed to confirm the refund.
Cancellation
You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website. Requests for cancellation will be considered by Binder Productions Pty Ltd and may cancel the order at their discretion. Binder Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs for any orders cancelled prior to the shipment of your order.

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
